Some days you want a drink that feels like a reset. Bright, cold, and a little bit fancy — without any of the pressure.

This green tea has that summer-in-a-glass energy. You can sweeten it how you like, skip the mint, or add more citrus. No wrong moves here.

Iced Green Tea Recipe

Total Time: 10 minutes active + chill time | Serves: 6
Nutrition (per serving): Calories: 23, Carbs: 5.7g, Sugar: 5.2g

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup lime juice + 3 sliced limes

  • ¼ cup lemon juice + 2 sliced lemons

  • 5 cups water

  • 5 green tea bags

  • ¼ cup honey (or more/less to taste)

  • Fresh spearmint leaves

How to Make It:

  1. Pour citrus juices into a large pitcher.

  2. Boil 2 cups of water and steep tea bags for 3 minutes.

  3. Press and remove tea bags.

  4. Stir honey into hot tea until dissolved.

  5. Add 3 cups of cold water. Mix well.

  6. Chill and serve over ice with sliced citrus and mint.
