Avocado Toast With Egg Recipe

Total Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz whole-grain bread

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 egg

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mash avocado in a bowl with salt and pepper.

  3. Spread mash on the bread.

  4. Create a small well in the center and crack in the egg.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the egg is set the way you like.

  6. Add herbs or chili flakes if that sounds good.
