Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic

6 oz black beans, drained (save a little liquid)

1 tbsp lime juice

½ tbsp tahini

½ tsp cumin

¼ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Pita bread or veggie sticks, for serving
How to Make It:

Mince garlic in a food processor.

Add black beans, 2 tbsp of the reserved liquid, lime juice, tahini, cumin, salt, and cayenne.

Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and adjust. Add more seasoning or liquid if you want.

Top with chopped cilantro and serve with pita or fresh veggies.
