The Work To Be Done

  • Contract position (1099), for up to 20 hours/week 
  • Support users via chat/SMS using intrinsic methodologies, guiding them away from a performative mindset and towards an iterative mindset to build empowerment
  • Ability to respond to all inbound messages within 24 hours (calendar hours), including weekends
  • Lead weekly live group video Q & A sessions to support users in designing their life and working through “so called failures” created by the brain 
  • Lead bimonthly live group video webinar sessions 
  • Conduct 1:1 coach sessions 
  • Be an advocate for what Fresh Tri users need within the company to continually iterate on the product 
  • Engage in regular check-ins with Director of Behavior Change Operations 
  • Participate in continuing internal education to grow skills and hone your knowledge of the Iterative Mindset MethodTM
  • Conduct tailored proactive outreach to build engagement and retention 
  • Participate in trainings, as requested by Company at times agreed to by Coach
  • Adhere to Company’s/Fresh Tri’s brand standards and style guide whenever representing Fresh Tri
  • Other services, as requested by Company and agreed to by Coach

Desired Background And Experience


  • NBC-HWC certification 
  • College degree in Health Science field 
  • Access to a private working space and strong internet 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with leading group sessions


  • Intrinsic Coaching Certification 
  • An interest in behavioral science 
  • Honed focused and global listening skills 
  • Tech savvy individuals who have coached using various modalities (chat, sms, telephonic, group, etc.)
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English a plus 
  • Minimum of one year of coaching, post-board certification preferred
