Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, technical integrations, and process-driven project management. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will take ownership of campaign setup, attribution tracking, and automation across platforms.  You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth project management, technical integrations, and campaign tracking while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

The Work To Be Done

  • Manage the execution of marketing projects and ensure all deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Drive automation and workflow efficiency across all marketing processes
  • Support the team in setting up, tracking, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Ensure proper technical integrations, including maintaining our mobile measurement partner (MMP), for accurate campaign attribution and reporting
  • Work with analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and suggest data-driven optimizations
  • Become the in-house expert for a suite of marketing software, including tools such as Klaviyo (email marketing), Meltwater (PR), Typeform (surveys), and Later (organic social posting)
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Create, maintain, and improve workflows for efficient project execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, engineering, sales, and design to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives
  • Act as a proactive thought leader, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation within the marketing team to optimize processes, campaigns, and results.

Desired Background And Experience:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on paid media, automation, technical integrations, and project management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Excel/spreadsheets and comfortable with data analysis
  • Experience with technical integrations, ideally with tools like Branch or similar mobile measurement platforms (MMPs)
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving workflows
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities


Preferred:

  • Experience with mobile app campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing technology and analytics tools
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation tools and familiarity with integrating tracking and analytics platforms
  • Passion for population health and a desire to contribute to improving wellness at scale through impactful marketing strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and is based on a number of factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000/year, up to $85,000/year, plus benefits, bonus, and equity.
