Why New Year’s Resolutions Fail—And What Works Instead

In the face of unprecedented challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Fresh Tri stepped up to support individuals and organizations alike in strengthening their health and well-being. On April 16, 2020, we announced the provision of free access to resources that would help people cope and thrive during these uncertain times. Our commitment to empowering individuals with effective behavior change solutions led us to adapt our mobile app, integrate COVID-19 specific habits, and collaborate with Walmart to promote healthy eating and weight loss. In this blog, we take you through the initiatives we undertook to help our community navigate the new reality and foster resilience.

Adapting the Fresh Tri Mobile App

The Fresh Tri mobile app, renowned for its neuroscience-based approach and the Iterative Mindset Method™, was transformed to include a set of habits aimed at specifically managing COVID-19 related challenges. We recognized the importance of equipping individuals with practical tools to enhance their well-being during this trying time.

Partnering with Walmart for Healthy Eating

Understanding the significance of maintaining a healthy diet during the pandemic, Fresh Tri collaborated with Walmart to develop a mobile app solution that encourages users to adopt healthy eating habits and manage weight. Leveraging the Iterative Mindset Method™, we incorporated habits related to grocery shopping, physical health, mental health, healthy eating, sleep, sanitation, virtual living, and workplace wellness. These practices aimed to support users in making informed choices about their health.

Expert-Led Mindset Videos and Webinars

In addition to the in-app habit practices, we extended our support through live-streamed and on-demand dietician and physician-led mindset videos. These valuable resources offered tips, habits, and hacks for users to adjust and efficiently adapt to the new reality. To further assist health and well-being leaders, we hosted a free webinar titled “A New Normal” on April 21, 2020. The webinar empowered leaders with behavioral science insights and methods to better support their employees during these challenging times.

The “Dr. Kyra Show: COVID-19”

At Fresh Tri, our founder and CEO, Dr. Kyra Bobinet, is at the forefront of driving positive change. We provided free access to “Dr. Kyra Show: COVID-19,” where Dr. Bobinet shared valuable insights and guidance to help individuals navigate the pandemic with resilience and well-being.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Fresh Tri extended a helping hand to individuals and organizations, offering free access to resources that empower them to cope and strengthen their health and well-being. Through our innovative mobile app, in-app solutions, expert-led mindset videos, webinars, and the “Dr. Kyra Show: COVID-19,” we aimed to support and guide our community through these uncertain times. Our commitment to behavioral science insights and the Iterative Mindset Method™ remains unwavering as we continue to be a source of hope and resilience for all. At Fresh Tri, we believe that together, we can overcome any challenge and emerge stronger than ever before.
