A third brand, Dr. Kyra Bobinet, named for our founder and CEO, operating as an approachable, expert voice that teaches the science to the masses. DKB as the brand is called, must be grown on social networks to give a personal touch to the SaaS and IFIT to generate inbound leads and build a community of like minded people behind IMM.

Description of the Role

You are itchy to change the world. You belong here if you intrinsically know your purpose and talents can take a small family of brands from little known to well-known. You have thoughts like, “OMG this needs to be a household name!” when you look at our website and story. But, most importantly, you have a knack for building community, meaning, and belonging into a brand whether through content, communications, rewards, ads, or other form factors.  Additionally, you are passionate about and have experience marketing in the health and wellness space, preferably for digital health products, and experience marketing to providers. You want to see others do better, live better. 

You can flex to the demands of a B2B and B2B2C marketing ecosystem using and leveraging a strategic budget and team of internal staff and outside consultants. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that launch us into the awareness and positive perception of employers, payers, and the health industry at large. You will also lead our expansion into direct-to-clinician marketing, building the strategies and relationships needed to position Fresh Tri as a trusted resource that healthcare providers confidently recommend to their patients. You are also skilled at communication with and nurturing of current users and those that need to be reengaged.

You are agile with and not intimidated by AI but equally not mesmerized by it.  You bring a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns, digital marketing techniques, B2B placements in conferences (booths) and industry channels, and multi-channel communication to existing users and stakeholders. Our Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will oversee internal and external Marketing teams. Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness in both B2B2C and B2B channels
  • Develop and implement a new product launch for clinicians
  • Grow and cultivate a strong community of users/followers (B2C) and collaborators/partners (B2B) via multi-channel communications and belonging design
  • Knit together the different brand voices (the Fresh Tri software, the Institute, and public presence of our CEO)
  • Strategize, lead and execute on communications plan for current and inactive app users
  • Set current and long-term metrics for marketing team members
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget and measure ROI
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve upon them regularly
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the C-suite
  • Advocate for Marketing department’s seat at the table and voice across company activities
  • Conduct market research and analyses to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  • Track competitors’ activities

Desired Background And Experience

  • 5+ years of total experience in the marketing field
  • Experience marketing and promoting digital products
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across DTC, B2B and B2B2C spaces
  • Experience handling and aligning campaigns for multiple brands within one entity
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills with a priority for personal development  
  • Exceptional communications skills and self-awareness
  • Openness and proven track record of iterating in response to changing landscapes and challenges
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • BS degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field, Masters degree preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and is based on a number of factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000/year, up to $130,000/year, plus benefits, bonus, and equity.
