 About Fresh Tri

Fresh Tri is a neuroscience-based technology company that uses a proprietary, peer-reviewed approach to health behavior change, based on the neuroscience of habit formation. Our core product is a dual-sided, habit formation platform, entering the market as a clinician extender and GLP-1 companion then expanding to other use cases within population health, clinical outcomes and cost-savings. Dedicated to lasting healthy change, Fresh Tri offers next-generation technology that leverages mindset, practice, and iteration—inviting people to build evidence-based healthy habits, removing the guesswork and feelings of failure that often accompany lifestyle change. With consistent, peer-reviewed outcomes of 7-12% body weight loss that beats even the gold-standard Diabetes Prevention Program, Fresh Tri has empowered over 1,000,000 people to-date to be unstoppable by iterating their way to better health. There is no “fail” — only practice and iteration.

A wholly-owned subsidiary brand, the Institute for Iterative Thinking (IFIT) is the thought-leadership arm of our mission—bringing together doctors, scientists, and mindset researchers to advance the science behind the Iterative Mindset MethodTM (IMM).With a focus on reducing performative burnout and driving real, sustainable change, IFIT translates our cutting-edge neuroscience into certification programs, trainings,  and evidence‐based, thought leadership that complement and generate leads for our SaaS business.

A third brand, Dr. Kyra Bobinet, named for our founder and CEO, operates as an approachable, expert voice that teaches the science to the masses. DKB as the brand is called, must be grown on social networks to give a personal touch to the SaaS and IFIT to generate inbound leads and build a community of like minded people behind IMM.

How We Work

Empowering others to be unstoppable begins with fostering a sense of belonging both within and outside of our organization. Our leaders’ values of inclusivity create a workplace culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates diversity of all kinds, connecting us closer to the communities we serve.

Our work culture is designed to encourage and support personal growth and development through iterative excellence. Team members are challenged to contribute to a variety of initiatives with many opportunities to learn new skills and accomplish scalable impact. We measure our individual successes by how much we help others on the team, and we measure our impact by how we improve the lives of those we serve. Following our own wisdom of Iterative Mindset, Fresh Tri abides by an organic mixture of performance and iteration-based goals–a living experiment of how workplaces can be more adaptable but also maintain structure and accountability

Fresh Tri is a mostly remote team with occasional travel required to company headquarters on a 170-acre retreat in the Santa Cruz mountains in California or to other locations, as necessary. With over 12 years of financial stability and growth, the company offers a fast-paced, mission-driven and connective culture, with  opportunities to work across many disciplines. As a 100% employee-owned entity, we bypass external funding cycles and short-term investor demands, operating on a foundation of multi-year contract revenue.

The Role

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Fractional Product Manager to work directly alongside our Head of Product and cross-functional teams to execute against our product roadmap. This is a tactical execution role — you will translate strategy and vision into well-defined, well-sequenced work that ships.

You will serve as the connective tissue between the Head of Product and our Behavioral Science, UX, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams — keeping delivery moving, removing blockers, and ensuring the right things get built the right way.

What You’ll Do

Roadmap Execution

  • Partner with the Head of Product to translate product vision and strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
  • Break down roadmap initiatives into well-scoped epics, stories, and tasks in Linear.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review ceremonies in coordination with Engineering.
  • Track delivery progress, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders informed.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Behavioral Science to ensure product decisions are grounded in Fresh Tri’s neuroscience methodology and Iterative Mindset Method.
  • Partner with UX to move designs from concept to implementation-ready, maintaining high standards of usability and user empathy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on technical scoping, sprint execution, and QA sign-off.
  • Engage Data Analytics to define success metrics, monitor feature performance, and surface insights that feed back into prioritization.

 Product Quality & Process

  • Write clear, thorough product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain Linear as the source of truth for all in-flight and upcoming work.
  • Coordinate cross-team communication via Slack, keeping async workflows efficient and transparent.
  •  Facilitate reviews of Figma designs with engineering to ensure feasibility and alignment before development begins.

 What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally in health tech, wellness, or consumer digital products.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and drive execution without heavy oversight.
  • Strong command of agile delivery — sprint planning, story writing, backlog management, and release coordination.
  • Excellent written communication and async collaboration skills; you default to clarity.
  • Hands-on experience with Linear, Figma, and Slack.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and science stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of shipping high-quality product on time.
  • Bonus: Experience with behavior change products, digital therapeutics, or GLP-1 / metabolic health use cases.
